When should I begin alterations for my Wedding Dress?
We begin alterations to your wedding gown 6 weeks prior to the date of your Wedding, to ensure you are as close to the weight you will be on the big day!

How long do Wedding Dress appointments take?
Generally 1 hour is required for your first appointment, to ensure we can discuss and pin all aspects of your dress without rushing.
Sometimes less time is required if alterations need to be done in several stages. Subsequent appointments and collection appointments are generally 30 minutes duration.

Me or one of my Bridesmaids is pregnant, when should we alter the dress?
For pregnant clients, work cannot begin until much closer to the wedding around 3 weeks. It is important to contact as soon as possible, so arrangements can be made. We may be able to prepare the garment prior (such as let it out or add inserts) so then when it comes to wedding week, we can begin immediately.
